hey girlss...
hahah..hmm..seems that the blog has been quite active..haha..we are all using the blog to vent our frustrations sia..hahah..is life THAT bad without me?? LOL..anyway..wanna really apologise for not goin to sumo mac to study wif u all..haha..i shall make up for it by goin for VJ carnival k?? hahah..
ok..btw..ytd was a wonderful day..rmb e upcoming soccer competition i mentioned previously?/hahah..it was held at jalan besar ytd..n i m proud to say that i got e chance to play on the field for the VERY FIRST TIME..hahha...u noe on sat night..i cld not sleep la..was tossing and turning on my bed..cos ytd was e first time i get to play on field..IT'S A BIG THING FOR ME..hahah..n so i did it..the weather was REALLLLLY hot..before u start playing..u alledy sweating non stop..n u cld see the heatwaves above the surface of the green field..n u cld feel ur feet burning when u play on the field..all e players wld rush to rinse their feet with water after the game..so..u can imagine how hot it is..my jersey is really really soaked!! hahah..
HOWEVER..if u wanna play soccer..we shld not b afraid of e weather..so ya..my mind was all on soccer..hahah..n i m glad that mr tong finally gave me the chance to play me as striker..for the first time..i played as striker..haha..n for the first time..he talked to me..n he talked so much to me..he said the team depends on u..be mentally prepared..blahblahblah..giving me encouragements la..n askin me to look at other stronger strikers and learn from them..sometimes i do agree with him..but not exactly..hahha..so..i was really stressed..i wanna prove myself to him..i wanna bring the team to the next round...i was thinkin so much at a time..ya..n our first match was up against holy innoncent high..they are small but good..however..tj is better =P ahahah..the match lasted 15min for two halves but no break in btwn..n tj won 1-0..SCORED BY ME!! it was a rebound by claudia's attempt and i managed to finish it beautifully..however..i was disappointed that at one time..i was one on one with the keeper..i panicked and missed the goal..haii..really hate myself for being so weak..haha..
the second match was against Nanyang poly..haii..e match was so fast la..they won us 2-0..i dunno wad's wrg with us la..cldnt really find out where the fault lies in..soon after it was against NUS..it's the match that determine whether we are able to proceed to the nxt rd..STRESSS...it was then the team was so determined and hungry for goals..we really fought hard for it..the match was great cos everyone was communicating..however it was a draw..rebekah scored that goal..it was a beautiful goal cos alot of short passes were involved. frm claudia to me then to rebekah..she looped the ball above the goalie's head n right into the net..i was stumped!! hahah..really beautiful..we were soooo damn happy..but b4 we cld celebrate for the another 3min..Tracy, the soccer babe who is also the NUS capt..started the centre ball by attemptin a long shot..it went straight into the net..we were so stunned..everyone was still in a joyous mood and wasnt prepared yet and they tied the score..haii..but still..we proceed to the nxt rd for being the runner up of our grp..guess what..i was being molested during this match la..that Tracy touched my boobs can..arghh..i stopped for a moment can..she's the very first person to touch it..completely cover it!! then i quickly pushed her back for taking advantage of me..ARGHHHHH..
then we were against yishun JC..all made up of malays..it was a great match..we won 1-0..once again..scored by OHSHIYI..haha..was really shocked la..i managed to send the ball into the net by the cross from claudia..it was a slow ball..so i was quite unsatisfied with that goal..n there was another time i flopped again..a corner kick by claudia..cos the ball was sooo close to the net..i jus hafta stick out my leg, the ball wld haf rolled in..BUT my reaction was so slow la..HAII..so wasted...but we won the match la..managed to get into quarter finals..AGAIN..we played wif NYP..this time..we lost double of the previous time..4-0!! haii..i m still puzzled why we lost so muc..2 of the goals were due to our goal kick..quite weak..but i dun unds why we cld not attempt any shots..they arent v gd la...haiii..if we won dem..we cld haf gotten into top4 la..got at least 200dollars la..200 la!!! haii...SO CLOSE YET SO FAR..
nevertheless..i think my team did pretty well..had so much fun..hahha..the other teams were really gd..even the national girls team failed to reach the top 4..soccer is really unpredictable..the ball is round...n i m glad that i scored..kinda proved myself to mr tong i shld b in e team..n i really really wanna play gd football..though my performance was not really gd, but it was a first atttempt as striker..yaaa..haiii..hope things will get better for me in the future la..hahah...
hmm..this is a pretty long post..all abt soccer..hahah..so sorry..but soccer is a beautiful thing..learn to appreciate it..haha..hmm..hope i can meet u all for gelare nxt wk!! haha..i m happy..haha..SOCCER MAKES ME HAPPY!!~~ cya ppl soon..mug hard k!! ;p
